Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings made 15 days or more in advance:
- For HOLIDAY PERIODS bookings, must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
- Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival
- Charge of cost of first night if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival
- Charge of full amount for no-show
- Prepayment of cost of first night at time of booking
Bookings made less than 15 days in advance:
- For HOLIDAY PERIODS bookings, must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid charges
- Free cancellation until 48 hours before 3:00 PM BOT on day of check-in, except during holiday periods
- Charge of 100% of booking amount if cancelled within required time frame or for no-shows
- Prepayment of 50% of total price at time of booking
Pre-Authorization Preferences:
- Credit cards will be charged prior to arrival and after the free cancellation period ends
- The Pre-authorization amount is the cost of first night.
Please note that this cancellation policy is legally binding and supersedes any other prior agreements or representations made by the hotel.
