Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings made 15 days or more in advance:

  • For HOLIDAY PERIODS bookings, must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
  • Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival
  • Charge of cost of first night if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival
  • Charge of full amount for no-show
  • Prepayment of cost of first night at time of booking

Bookings made less than 15 days in advance:

  • For HOLIDAY PERIODS bookings, must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid charges
  • Free cancellation until 48 hours before 3:00 PM BOT on day of check-in, except during holiday periods
  • Charge of 100% of booking amount if cancelled within required time frame or for no-shows
  • Prepayment of 50% of total price at time of booking

Pre-Authorization Preferences:

  • Credit cards will be charged prior to arrival and after the free cancellation period ends
  • The Pre-authorization amount is the cost of first night.

Please note that this cancellation policy is legally binding and supersedes any other prior agreements or representations made by the hotel.
